• Operates , maintains and troubleshoots various machines and equipments at Packaging Operations department

Qualifications:

• Engineering Technology or Industrial Technology  graduates
• With at least 1-year experience as Machine Operator in a manufacturing 
  industry
• Has machine trouble shooting skills
• Willing to work long hours

Basic Qualifications

• Four-year degree course in accounting, business and other related discipline

Skills

• Safe keep post-dated checks until date of maturity.
• Review all deductions appearing on the invoices based on existing finance policies and prepare/apply              credit notes and authority to deduct in QB online-receiving payment module.
• Release petty cash funds (sales) to approved and valid petty cash vouchers and cash advances.
• Monitor and follow up cash advances liquidation and report overdue unliquidated cash advances to the         FOS for proper corrective action.
• Submit petty cash fund replenishment as soon as possible on a timely manner.
• Maintain a filing system of financial documents.
• Submit all required reports on a timely basis.
