Responsibilities:
- Six days a week workload in an online and flexi-time setting. Must deliver quality work on a daily basis.
- Shall copy edit and proofread a wide range of scholarly materials, including articles for submission to high-impact journals, school theses and dissertations, and other publications.
- Can comply with standard operating work procedures and can accommodate client instructions.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, Mass Communications, or equivalent fields. Specialized expertise in the Social Sciences may be considered.
- At least 2 years of solid work experience in copy editing and proofreading
- Must have own PC with MS Word software and reliable broadband connection
- Previous experience in online work an advantage
WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR TWENTY (20) COPYEDITORS‒PROOFREADERS. The duration of the service contract is two months with possibility of extension.
