Over the years, U-BIX evolved into an integrated office systems and services provider, laser printers, fax and acquiring distributorships of various office equipment such as Riso digital duplicators; Epson printers, scanners and LCD projectors; Brother multi-function machines; Casiodigital light projectors; and Okamura office furniture systems. U-BIX also acquired US franchise agreements with ServiceMaster for facilities maintenance and janitorial services; Terminix for termite and pest control services; and MerryMaids for home cleaning services.

Account Executives for CDO
Northern Mindanao - Cagayan de Oro
Responsibilities: 
Sales
  • Responsible for developing and implementing monthly and quarterly sales plan to increase sales and generate leads
  • Retain and penetrate route calls on prospects/accounts
  • Continuously update product knowledge and selling skills
  • Monitor and comply with pricing procedures
  • Conduct product demontrations
  • Keep abreast of competition
Administration
  • Attend and participate in all sales-related meetings
  • Comply with the company policis on orders, credit terms and deliveries
  • Prepare a customized proposal based on the data gathered
Credit and Collection
  • Prepare and submit Customer Information Sheet on new accounts for credit approval
  • Supervise collection effort on delinquent account
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent diploma in any related discipline
  • 1 to 3 years generalist experience in selling and marketing, preferably industrial and office equipment
  • Must have solid experience in doing fieldwork
  • Demonstrated ability and passion to pursue a career in sales
  • Proven professional maturity, integrity and energy to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent negotiation, collaboration, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills ideal for client relation building
  • With pleasing and engaging personality, with good negotiation skills
  • Candidate must be residing in Cagayan de Oro
