U-BIX also acquired US franchise agreements with ServiceMaster for facilities maintenance and janitorial services; Terminix for termite and pest control services; MerryMaids for cleaning services.
U-BIX pioneered the guarantee of 2-hour response time to client calls, from 7 am to 7 pm, 7 days a week, setting the industry standards for service. After 37 years, the company continues to uphold this service commitment, and is the foundation by which the corporate culture is built.
In November 2006, U-BIX Corporation acquired its ISO 9001: 2000 certification for Distribution, Sales and Services of Copiers.
In August 2007, U-BIX announced the latest addition to its line of business through its purchase of the Kodak Imaging Center (KiC) from Kodak Philippines Limited. U-BIX acquired the entire KiC Philippines business, including document and microfilm scanning, database creation and management, encoding and data entry, and essential mail printing. The business now operates under the name U-BIX Data Center.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, planning and executing business strategies. He/She will also be strengthening market position of our products as well as developing new accounts. Included in his/her responsibilities are:
- Bring the company's products at the forefront of identified markets in a geographical area, achieve and exceed sales goals and work with the Product and Marketing Team to successfully increase market shares
- Develop, enhance and maintain client database and build potent relationships to ensure market position
- Actively monitor and review product portforlios to highlight revenue growth
- Increase sales revenue in terms of machine sales
- Review all sales plans, reports and forecast of Account Executives and recommend appropriate plans and actions
- Assist in the closing of all sales concerning machine transactions of selling units
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any Engineering, Business or IT related course.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Exposure in production printing industry or selling office equipments highly preferred.
- Must have a generalist experience in other functional areas including product management and marketing and solid track record in sales management and development, covering national geographic from a large and progressive company.
- Must have good people management skills with the ability to lead, coach and supervise people.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Cagayan de Oro City.
