- Manage the overall operations of the branch to ensure meeting of sales targets; ensure that customer needs are addressed according to company policies and that branch policies and system are strictly implemented

REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- At least 2.5 year(s) experience in sales (fast-moving consumer goods, insurance, retail, etc.) in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Very solicitous, friendly, considerate, and attentive to clients' needs and have a high sense of initiative and urgency.
- Have very good interpersonal and communication skills.
