Responsibilities:
- Manage UPPC business with the assigned distributor in a given territories
- Create and implement various trade marketing efforts per distributor for the achievement of the monthly target.
- Develop the sales volume of the company's products
- Improve the distribution system of products
- Maintain a good working relationship between the distributor and the company.
Requirements:
- Male not more than 30 years old
- Graduate of any four year course
- Preferably with experience/ knowledge in managing/supervising distributors
- Preferably with 2 years working experience in FMCG industry preferably from sales & marketing as supervisor
- Very good communication skills in speaking & writing; presentation of data, conceptualization of program for business building
- Very aggressive in performing his tasks/jobs
- Creative, innovative and result-oriented
- Can start immediately : January 2012
