Responsibilities:
● Conceptualize and develop strategic marketing strategies for Pharma OTC products
● Implement Marketing activities for successful launch of new products evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets
● Provide direction to execute promotions/launches as part of brand building and market development effort
● Conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitors' movements to achieve market share metrics
● Prepare advertisement briefs, evaluating media options and creative strategy and reviewing cost effectiveness
● Develop launch strategy , execution plan and determining ROI as well as managing market survey , testing, pre & post launch promotions for new product launches.
● Monitor new product launch results and recommend actions for addressing any forecasted variances to volume budget.
● Review overall operations for improvement of existing products with thrust on product cost reduction and based on market trends/requirements
Requirements:
- Candidate must be a Science or Business Course Graduate. Preferably Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Chemistry, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
- Minimum of three years OTC Product Management experience handling positions of responsibility
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- With strong ability to excel in a dynamic environment
- The job requires the ability to drive and willingness to travel
