Responsibilities:
- Inspection
- Supervision of Pawnshop Construction/ Renovation/ Minor Repairs and Services
- Report Preparation
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Architecture or equivalent.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cagayan de Oro City.
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Must be willing to travel and accept other projects
