Armm, Bicol Region, C.A.R, Cagayan Valley, Calabarzon & Mimaropa, Central Luzon, Central Visayas, Davao, Eastern Visayas, Ilocos Region, National Capital Reg, Northern Mindanao, Soccsksargen, Western Visayas, Zamboanga 

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a candidate who is responsible for providing remote post-sales support of software and/or hardware systems, sub-systems and/or applications for customers or field personnel utilizing telephone and remote diagnostic capabilities.  You should Supports end-user installations, configurations, upgrades and migrations through problem isolation, verification, resolution and documentation which may include supporting 3rd party products and occasional on-site support. This is a post-sales remote support position.
Requirements:
Ideally you should have at least 1+ year of experience in supporting AVAYA or Nortel in field support of PBX, CRM, contact center, CTI products - Experience should include hands-on installation, maintenance and troubleshooting and work with limited guidance on projects within defined criteria. Provides solutions to a diverse range of moderately complex problems.
