RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Job Focus:
  • Once hired, the candidate is expected to be responsible for:
  • Planning and recruitment of new leaders as per company’s goals, targets and objectives.
  • Training and development of new leaders and advisors in the successful implementation of company strategies and tools.
  • Implementation of regular activity management among leaders and advisors to drive desired sales behaviour
  • Monitoring and supervision of performance of leaders and advisors to ensure achievement of set targets
  • Supporting leaders in strategizing and implementing recruitment for down-line leaders and advisors
  • Ensure high conversion from the NLA (newly licensed advisors) and the conversion of advisors to new leaders
  • Building and maintenance of a strong relationship with all leaders and sales advisors that would result to high retention of team.
  • Performing tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Job Qualifications:
  • To qualify, the candidate must possess at least the following qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Psychology or equivalent
  • With 2-4 years work experience in sales – corporate or its equivalent, preferably with 2 years work experience in handling and managing distribution channels
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with exceptional corporate presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Detail oriented, creative and ambitious
  • Must be very willing to travel around the country
