Administration Manager

Northern Mindanao - Medina, Misamis Oriental
Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to the Vice-President for Manufacturing
- Provides Production with support services ranging from Materials Control to I.T.
- Manages several supervisors’ and their respective departments
Requirements:
- Must be willing to relocate to Northern Mindanao
- Preferably possesses at least a Bachelor's or College Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Engineering or similar fields
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in a related field
- Preferably currently an Assistant Manager / Manager with experience in Admin in a large manufacturing company
- Must have strong leadership skills
- Can manage Programs, Problems, and People
