Senior Radio Network Optimization Engineer
Armm, Bicol Region, C.A.R, Cagayan Valley, Calabarzon & Mimaropa, Caraga, Central Luzon, Central Visayas, Davao, Eastern Visayas, Ilocos Region, National Capital Reg, Northern Mindanao, Soccsksargen, Western Visayas, Zamboanga
Responsibilities:
- Perform radio network optimization task of 2G, 3G and WiMAX network.
- A senior and Team Leading role to a team of RNO Engineers and Drive Test Teams
- Handling several clusters of a network or a region
- Reporting to the Project Managers on project progresses
- Able to strategize and plan on meeting the desired Key Performance Indexes (KPI) of a network
- Have multiple project experiences and at least 2 vendor exposures handling similar types of responsibility
- Well versed in radio related parameters of a specific vendor in certain technologies (2G, 3G, WimAX)
- Have hands on experience handling various types of Radio Network Optimization tools and Radio Network Planning tools
- Able to train and mentoring of young engineers and the whole team towards achieving project related goals.
- Assisting the Project Managers in day to day activities of a project.
- Identifying radio related issues on network performance based on drive test and network performance reports.
- To be involved in multiple projects and deliverables set must be achieved
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.- At least 6 years experience on related field.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- Must have positive working and personal attitude towards the work and people whom they work with.

- Able to work long hours, odd hours, weekends and public holidays when necessary.
- Likes to travel and willing to be assigned to various parts of the Philippines or even overseas for short or long term assignments.
