Due to expansion in business, the company is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the following position.
Project Manager
Armm, Bicol Region, C.A.R, Cagayan Valley, Calabarzon & Mimaropa, Caraga, Central Luzon, Central Visayas, Davao, Eastern Visayas, Ilocos Region, National Capital Reg, Northern Mindanao, Soccsksargen, Western Visayas, Zamboanga
Responsibilities:
- Project Manage radio network planning and optimization projects for 2G, 3G and WiMAX network.
- Managing a team of Senior RNOs, RNOs and drive test teams, riggers, etc. in a single or multiple project to achieve certain contractually committed KPI related targets.
- Handling several regions or at a national level reporting to the headquarters on certain projects and team performance as a whole.
- Able to properly manage projects and organization under tight controlled budget.
- Able to identify strength and weaknesses in a team, talents, problems and creating opportunities for improvements.
- Regularly meet the customers on project progresses, issues, and identify actions to be taken.
- Dimensioning and initial setting up of projects, able to identify logistical requirements, work on the needed budget, resources, etc.
- Seek new opportunities for new businesses and supporting sales and marketing efforts towards technical matters.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- At least 8 years experience on related field.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- Must have positive working and personal attitude towards the work and people whom they work with.
- Pro-active, committed, dedicated, passionate and results driven attitude.
- Team player, likes to work and meet new people.
- Able to work long hours, odd hours, weekends and public holidays when necessary.
- Likes to travel and willing to be assigned to various parts of the Philippines or even overseas for short or long term assignments.
- Respect others and adaptable to different working environment and multi-cultural surroundings.
- Able to communicate well with others.
- Object oriented personalities and able to advise customers on rising technical issues
