Responsibilities:
- Ensures all customer complaints in their respective areas are properly addressed and escalated to the Head Office
- Ensures service directives and bulletins are clearly cascaded to all business partners in their area.
- Provides assistance to business partners on technical inquiries.
- Tasks to conduct technical training if deemed necessary.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical).
- Must know how to drive and should have a valid Driver's License.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in HVAC industry.
- Preference will be given to local residence - Cagayan De Oro and Iloilo
- Full-Time positions available.
