Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to the Vice-President for Manufacturing
- Implements management strategies to:
a) Hire and retain employees
b) Train and develop employees
c) Keep salaries and benefits updated and competitive
d) Make our company the best place to work
- Coordinates between the company and the company’s employee cooperatives
Requirements:
- Must be willing to relocate to Northern Mindanao
- Preferably possesses at least a Bachelor's or College Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or similar fields
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in a related field
- Preferably currently an Assistant Manager / Manager with experience in Human Resources in a large manufacturing company
- Must have strong leadership skills
- Can accomplish urgent work quickly
- Can manage Programs, Problems, and People
