SALES MANAGER - Cagayan de Oro
National Capital Reg, Northern Mindanao
Responsibilities:
  • Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales target.
  • Identify and create New and Exciting accounts Oversee and supervise Northern and Western Mindanao sales operations and ensure proper implementation of sales policies and promotions. Provide leadership, training and guidance to the internal sales force.
  • Ensure expenditures are within the budget and in compliance with company policies. Maintain good relationship with existing dealer network to ensure growth.
  • Develop new dealer accounts and initiate sales-generating and network building activities.
  • Develop and implement business development programs directed at expanding sales area coverage for each branch.
  • Conduct trainings and other business development activities.
  • Review sales and recruitment performance of branches and top level dealers.
  • Provide analyses on industry trends to aid in strategy formulation.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of any Business-related course
  • With extensive experience in the planning, development, and implementation of marketing activities
  • Must have at least 3-4 years of sales and people management experience
  • Experience in handling FMCG brands is an advantage
