- BS Psychology or Education graduate
- Computer literate – Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentation preparation
- Average in Written and Oral communication
- Hardworking and willing to work even beyond office hours
- Plus Factor : can write / prepare Training modules and has facilitated seminars and trainings
